Responsibilities
• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Keeping customer credit records up to date
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions
• Utilizing 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks
• Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels including email correspondence
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management
• Organizing and maintaining files for easy access and retrieval
• Performing calculations as necessary to ensure accurate data entry
• Scanning and typing documents as required.• Proficient in 10 Key Skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Prior experience in Data Entry
• Effective Email Correspondence skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately
• Skilled in Scanning documents
• Fast and accurate Typing skills
