We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The selected candidate will be instrumental in handling customer data and queries, maintaining precise customer records, and overseeing customer accounts for appropriate measures. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of data in customer credit records
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts
• Perform data validation and updating of customer documents in the system
• Collaborate with booking teams to obtain signed versions of customer documents
• Investigate and rectify any data-related errors or discrepancies
• Assist in the transition and training of the Salesforce and Oracle systems within the operations team
• Oversee the integrity of customer data and mitigate any errors caused by missing information
• Handle hands-on data processing, system validations, and training within the operations team
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and financial knowledge while managing customer data and contracts.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry.
• Excellent email correspondence skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Adept at using Microsoft Word.
• Experience in organizing files.
• Exceptional typing skills.
