Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Food Manufacturing

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding
support to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining
strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a
keen attention to detail, and a passion for the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support:
o Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and
professional manner.
o Provide information about products, services, and order status to
customers.
• Issue Resolution:
o Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and
efficiently.
o Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure
resolution.
• Order Management:
o Process customer orders, changes, and cancellations accurately.
o Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of
products.
• Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance
satisfaction and loyalty.
o Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to management for
continuous improvement.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with other departments, including sales and production, to
ensure customer needs are met.
o Participate in team meetings to discuss customer service strategies and
improvements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the food manufacturing
industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Written and Verbal English Required; Bilingual English and Spanish
preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software or
CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
