Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using tools such as Apache Spark and Atlassian Jira.
• Create and manage detailed business requirement documents.
• Use BusinessObjects Technologies and Erwin Data for data management and reporting.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in data processing and reporting.
• Implement AB Testing methodologies to enhance data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage workflow and project timelines.
• Develop and present detailed reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of analytics trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.• Proficiency in Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, Erwin Data, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Requirement Document is required.
• Experience in data reporting or related field is desirable.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into understandable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Proven intellectual curiosity, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks, prioritize workload and pay attention to detail.
