Job Description
This is an incredible opportunity for a dedicated manufacturing leader to advance in the agricultural processing industry with a reputable and growing company. - 3rd shift: 11pm to 7am.
- Training will take place on 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and verify ingredient accuracy, maintaining accurate records.
- Lead and train new team members on processing operations.
- Step into various roles across the department as needed to support breaks or full shifts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and resolve issues.
- Monitor and correct first-out stock rotation.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Work Experience
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in food or agricultural manufacturing.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong basic math and record-keeping skills.
