Description:

Warehouse Operators work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately storing and shipping seed inventory to customers.

Responsibilities and Basic Duties:

· Performing work activities safely and in compliance with company QMS program

· Ensuring accurate inventory counts when shipping or receiving seed into the warehouse

· Operating forklift

· Staging product and supplies for packaging lines

· Hauling product from production lines to warehouse storage location

· Accurate completion of all shipping paperwork

· Ensuring that shipments are ready for loading based on customer requests

· Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse

· Accurately recording ALL row location information within inventory system

· Assisting with building and/or forklift maintenance as requested

· Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

Requirements:

· Previous forklift experience required

· Ability to work within a team setting

· Ability to adjust work load as needed

· Organization and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask

· Ability to work extended hours upon request
