Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining inventory integrity.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Implement safety guidelines and compliance measures throughout the warehouse.
• Train and lead warehouse staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
• Analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and implement improvements effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
