Compensation: $25.00/hour
Shift: M – F, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (overtime as needed)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following responsibilities satisfactorily, as well as other duties as assigned. This position is determined to be safety sensitive.
- Lead employees in the Shipping and Receiving department, including daily assignments and outlining priorities
- Review inbound/outbound schedule daily to appropriately allocate resources
- Inspect inventory overages, shortages, and damages, and communicate findings to manage to secure the flow of operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled according to the schedule
- Assist with the accurate FIFO inventory, investigating discrepancies as needed
- Coordinate material transportation to the manufacturing plant in support of production deadlines
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees
- Ensure accurate receipt of material into facility (Raw, Packaging, Co-pack, etc.) and assure outgoing shipments match bill of lading
- Complete required forms and paperwork for proper receipt of material using the Sage ERP system
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality objectives; ensure that ingredient and retail products are in accordance with company policy, all regulatory requirements and Safe Quality Food certification standards
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries
- Actively participate in the company safety program while maintaining a safe work environment, meeting government and other regulatory agency requirements
- Follow company guidelines and requirements, such as: GMPs, HACCP, Food Defense, Safety and Sanitation, Allergens, Plex
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment with FDA regulated industries required
- 1 year of leadership experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Experience with truck loading and unloading required
- Basic computer skills required; experience with warehouse management systems preferred
- Able to foster a team environment with strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Able to carry out team goals, prioritize daily tasks, and keep accurate records according to company guidelines
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to stand, sit, and bend for 95% of the workday
- Able to squat/crouch and push/pull 33% of the workday
- Able to twist for 50% of the workday
- Able to grasp and turn for 50% of the workday
- Able to be around moving machinery for 100% of the workday
- Able to lift a maximum of 65 pounds
