6am-6pm shifts (M T W and TH F St) rotate every 5 weeks. 

Position Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse in a printing manufacturing environment. This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Receiving: Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, verify quantities and quality, and ensure proper storage.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, ensuring that materials are stored safely and efficiently.
• Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipping documents, schedule shipments, and liaise with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Skilled in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
