This role primarily involves facilitating recruitment processes within a corporate environment, organizing and attending recruitment events, and strategizing recruitment efforts. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting methods and trends
• Manage relationships with universities and other institutions for campus recruiting initiatives
• Enhance company reputation and attractiveness to potential applicants through effective employment branding strategies
• Ensure all recruiting activities align with the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidates' status
• Handle any inquiries or issues related to the recruitment process in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Demonstrated expertise in Corporate/Creative role Recruiting, including experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various corporate roles.
• Experience in Recruiting Events is necessary, including planning, coordinating, and executing successful recruitment drives or job fairs.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Recruiting Strategy, with an understanding of current recruitment trends and tools.
• General Recruiting skills are essential, including understanding job requirements, screening potential candidates, and facilitating interviews.
• Knowledge and experience in Employment Branding, with the ability to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
