We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Fulton, Maryland. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and building a pipeline of candidates for customer service positions.

Responsibilities:

• Source and build a pipeline of candidates

• Work in collaboration with our team of managers for open reqs

• Utilize high volume calls, CRM, and ATS to achieve high output productivity

• Handle the recruitment process for candidates for customer service positions

• Work with the team to fill the required seats and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for hire

• Apply your experience in Recruitment - Sourcing, Corporate Recruiting, Full Cycle Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Sourcing to enhance the recruitment process

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Recruiting

• Proficiency in Recruitment - Sourcing and Corporate Recruiting

• Skilled in Talent Sourcing and able to implement effective sourcing strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
