Recruiting Specialist - Beverly Hills (hybrid) - $100,000-115,000 base

*MUST have financial services recruitment experience!*

Our client, a prestigious financial services firm, is actively searching for a Recruiter to join their fast-paced, dynamic team! We are looking for dynamic storytellers who are business savvy, relationship builders. If you are outgoing with a competitive, athletic spirit, we want to meet you.

We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and outstanding written and oral communication skills. This is a special opportunity for someone that is hungry for growth, and seeking a long-term career.

This position is hybrid in Beverly Hills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on open positions and competing firms, to better navigate the market and find top talent

Create thorough and engaging job descriptions and postings

Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, specifically creating notes through our ATS

Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, vetting out who is the right fit for our open positions

Handle reference checks

Keep informed of new sourcing strategies

Who we are seeking:

Bachelors degree

Interest in recruiting, sourcing, + people operations, as well as finance services.

Highly organized with a knack for building relationships

3-5+ years of recruiting experience.

A passion for working and your career

Sharp eye for detail; motivated to the best work possible

Innate ability to connect with people

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ultimate multitasker

Extremely tech savvy - proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc. a plus; familiarity with databases/ATS systems a plus
