Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, system administrators, data scientists, and other technical positions.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Build and maintain a network of high-caliber technical professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Craft and post compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier technical candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in technical recruiting, as well as industry best practices.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with various recruiting platforms.
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of technical positions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and soft skills.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- A passion for recruiting and a deep interest in the tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting or recruiting for niche technical roles.
- Familiarity with HR tools, interview platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies.
