Corporate Recruiter - Contract

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical roles, primarily remote positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and navigate candidates through the SuccessFactors ATS system.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer/rejection letters, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with high-level hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
• Manage a high-volume workload of 25-30 requisitions, maintaining organization and efficiency.

Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in working with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with high-level hiring managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in Canada is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
