- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, driven, and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience and/or confidence to communicate with all levels in an organization
- Highly organized and good at prioritizing and pivoting - this is a fast-paced recruitment and placement process
- Good sense of humor
- Base salary $50,000 - 55,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission. Average year 1 OTE $60,000 - $70,000. Year 2 and beyond $65,000 - 100,000+.
