Job Summary
Sands Auto Group seeks a Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Glendale, AZ. We are looking for a motivated customer service individual to take responsibility for handling customer inquiries and providing an excellent experience for them. The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and be comfortable with technology. Working closely with the Sales and Support teams, this position is essential to the company's success.
Compensation & Benefits

Hours
- Wednesday 2pm-8pm
- Friday 2pm-8pm
- Every Other Weekend
- Saturday 7am-7pm
- Sunday 10am-6pm
Responsibilities
•Greeting customers and visitors in professional and friendly manner
•Serving as the main point of contact for customers, directing them to appropriate staff members
•Answering and routing calls promptly and professionally
•Maintaining the company's customer database
•Providing customers with general information and answering questions
•Assisting with data entry and paperwork
•Updating records and managing filing systems
•Managing the reception area
Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
•Outstanding customer service skills and professional presence
•Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment and handle customers in a courteous and efficient manner
•Strong organizational skills
