Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No overtime required
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements within the US and Canada.
- Efficiently manage calendars for multiple managers, ensuring effective scheduling.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, and communication management.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
