We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in RENO, Nevada. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer applications, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
• Answer inbound calls in a detail oriented manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform data entry tasks as part of customer application processing.
• Engage in email correspondence with customers, responding to inquiries and providing updates.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, coordinating with other team members.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a customer-focused approach.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with answering inbound and outbound calls
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Experience in handling email correspondence
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
