We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in EAST SYRACUSE, New York. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the field of data training and model automation. The ideal candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records as necessary
• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct research analysis and provide data-driven solutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account activities
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support sales team by providing product knowledge and explanation when needed
• Assist in the training of new team members on company policies and procedures
• Coordinate shipping functions and handle materials as required
• Contribute to meeting sales targets through effective customer service and sales support.• Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar.
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales related tasks.
• Demonstrable ability in Documentation and Training procedures.
• Understanding and experience in implementing company Policies.
• Familiarity with Materials Handling, Contracts, and Shipping Functions.
• Experience in Production and Forecasting.
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle Complaints effectively.
• Experience with Customer Account management.
• Ability to work Onsite and meet Targets.
• Familiarity with Workday and other relevant software.
• Product Knowledge related to the industry.
• Excellent capacity for Explanation and providing Sales Support.
• Strong skills in Research Analysis and Specification.
• Proven ability to Answer Queries effectively.
• Must be able to handle Shipping related tasks.
