We are offering a contract for an Administrative Assistant role in Everett, Washington. The position is within the Human Resources sector and involves providing operational and administrative support for various talent acquisition programs across our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the interview scheduling process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, managers, and recruiters.
• Utilize the Workday tool for managing candidate and requisition data, including recruiter assignments, new reports, and internal candidate data.
• Coordinate the confirmation process for new team members, facilitating their integration into our systems and team. This includes regular communication with managers through diverse channels.
• Administer the employee referral program, tracking referrals, verifying eligibility, and facilitating payment. Ensure accuracy throughout the referral process.
• Assist in the execution of internal audits aimed at improving process efficiency and the overall experience.
• Engage with partners across the organization at various leadership levels, using phone, email, and instant messaging for effective communication.
• Manage centralized email accounts, applying proactive problem-solving skills and addressing employee concerns.
• Handle reimbursement requests from candidates who have traveled for interviews, ensuring requests are accurate and adhere to our policy.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for efficient interaction with partners and teams
• Understanding of company policies and ability to ensure their implementation
• Proficient in Human Resources (HR) administration tasks, including hiring processes, internal audits and talent acquisition
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
• Willingness to travel as per the job requirements
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites for administrative purposes
• Ability to handle employee referrals and manage the referral process
• In-depth knowledge of Workday and Join Me software for HR and administrative tasks
• Ability to manage reimbursement requests effectively
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
