Overview

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lancaster, PA hybrid remote

Salary: $18 - $20 / Hourly

Schedule: M-F 7:00am – 4:00pm

Administrative Assistant Job Overview
The Weaver Adjustment Group LLC is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, data entry, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be organized and detail oriented. We are looking for someone who is assertive, energetic and a high performing individual who can provide support our office and sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing filing systems
  • Sorting, scanning, and filing mail.
  • Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
  • Organize and schedule appointments between employees and clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Plan meetings and oversee event coordination.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Assisting in other administrative duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Ability to multi-task, be well-organized and have strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School diploma required; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
