RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs general administrative and clerical duties for business unit staff.
• Performs and/or coordinates business unit purchases as needed.
• Maintains business unit training database and coordinates with Employee Development Manager.
• Arranges general employee travel arrangements.
• Organize various business unit and company functions.
• Perform back-up duties for phones.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Must possess basic computer skills including Word and Excel. Experience in PowerPoint, Adobe
Acrobat, and database programs, etc. a plus.
• Must possess ability to learn and effectively operate custom project management software.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills with ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm.
• Possess good interpersonal skills to work effectively with peers and customers.
• Possess willingness to develop, promote and comply with Mesa safety requirements.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of a two-year Associate’s degree in a relative field or equivalent experience required.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:

$19.00-$30.00 per hour

The expected compensation is a range determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, and qualifications of the candidate, internal equity, work location, and hiring department’s fiscal resources.
