Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Handle general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing the office environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy access to records and documents.
- Client Relations: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Procurement & Supplies Management: Order office supplies and equipment as needed; maintain inventory records.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input data into spreadsheets, maintain databases, and generate reports as required.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to various teams and departments as needed, including assisting with project coordination and other tasks.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
