About job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the efficient functioning of our team.
Salary Range: $18.50 - $30.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are accurately stored and easily retrievable.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and special projects as requested.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, including documentation and training materials.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
  • Experience with office management systems and procedures.
