As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the administrative needs of the Plant Manager and site Leadership team located at the Springdale, PA manufacturing facility. You will be asked to exercise independent belief and employ basic reasoning skills. You will report to the Plant Manager and work onsite in Springdale.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support at the plant by assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, producing and distributing communications, and developing a system to maintain documents.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for plant leadership team; maintain meeting minutes as needed.
- Compile and analyze basic information to include in reports or presentation materials, prepare charts, graphs, or tables and help prepare scheduled reports and presentations.
- Responsible for submitting and reconciling expense reports and serves as a back-up for consolidating and submitting payroll.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree or equivalent business school degree preferred.
- 3+ years' experience providing administrative support
- Sophisticated communication skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel).
- Experience working a manufacturing environment, preferred.
- Proficiency with Kronos or similar payroll system is a plus.
