Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Administrative Support: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives. Assist with data entry, document management, and other project-related tasks. Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle customer inquiries and provide information as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
