AHS Vista LLC is hiring: Retail Lead in Waukegan

Overseeing the day-day operations of the Café, Coffee Kiosk and any other retail area.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, co-workers and guests.
• Oversees the Café Operation to ensure proper standards are in place.
• Coordinate orders with specified vendors.
• Assist in creating the labor schedule for the Café and other Retail Areas.
• Effectively enforce department personnel policies and procedures in conjunction with selection, orientation, training, assignment and staffing, evaluation, discipline and discharging employees in compliance with applicable employment regulations.
• Adheres to established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment. Complies with all OSHA regulations and other local, state and federal regulations.
• Trains workers in performance of duties and assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote an efficient operation.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Two years of prior Food Service experience.
• Food Handler's License or ServSafe Certification- a plus.
