Essential Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and optimize ETL workflows for efficient and reliable data integration
• Perform data transformations, ensuring data quality and consistency, and monitor ETL performance for
timely and accurate data delivery
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for data visualization and reporting
• Provide insight into components of long range forecasting models
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making
• Conduct business analytics activities and develop relevant metrics

Job Description
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial analysis and decision support
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc analyses for the leadership team
• Leverage data management systems for improved reporting and data utilization
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to reengineer processes
• Proficiency in database reporting tools such as SQL Server, Power Query, and Tableau
• Strong ETL proficiency using GUI-based tools or code-based patterns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to develop and review business plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven individual
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills
• Understanding of data modeling principles and GAAP/operational accounting
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Matillion
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
• Preferred:
o Knowledge of data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift,
Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse
o Experience with NCR POS systems and platforms like Altametrics, Franconnect, etc
Education and Experience
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Sciences from a four-year college or university
• Minimum 3 years of related analytics experience
Physical Demands
• Exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
including papers, boxes and/or computer equipment
• Sometimes requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Required eye-hand
coordination and manual dexterity equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to
record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports
