Description: The primary purpose of the position is to provide technical solutions and reporting for the Office of the Registrar. In general, the person in this position provides diagnostics and maintenance of supported systems; technical support of Student Banner, Workflow, WebFocus, Degree Works, Online graduation application maintenance, and UNC Online management on matters related to technology support and planning; and, generates scripts and reports for the Registrar’s Office. Primary Function of Organizational Unit: The primary purpose of the Office of the University Registrar is to maintain accurate, confidential, and secure academic records for currently enrolled, formerly enrolled, and graduated students of North Carolina A&T State University. The Office of the Registrar consults with and provides information and services to students, faculty members, academic departments, administrative units and dean’s offices. Requirements: Master’s degree in a related field (i.e. Information Science) or bachelor’s degree Bachelor’s degree and two or more years experience in business application consulting or development or 12-24 months working within an Office of the Registrar. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred: Two or more years experience with Banner Student, Workflow, WebFOCUS, Degree Works, and UNC Online Special Instructions: Re-posted position, previous applicants are in consideration and should not reapply.
