Le'fant is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a program that assists the VA in modernizing the disability compensation claims process by using data and human-centered design to develop insights into the current adjudication process in order to identify opportunities for business process improvement. Requirements A Master's Degree + 8 years of experience is required or 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. The ideal candidate must have: 15+ years of experience in technical program management, leading teams, managing budgets, and financial and technical reporting within the Federal sector 15+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, predictive analytics, and machine learning Master's degree or higher in a statistics analysis field Strong understanding of disability compensation claims process, including the digitization of VBA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) Experience in VA clinical data reconciliation (ontologies, taxonomies, semantics, etc.) from disparate sources, as well as clinical data exchange formats such as Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR), Blue Button, and Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (CCDA) Le'fant is a rapidly growing CVE Certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in management consulting for the federal government.
