Le'fant is currently seeking a Lead Data Analyst for a program that assists the VA in modernizing the disability compensation claims process by using data and human-centered design to develop insights into the current adjudication process in order to identify opportunities for business process improvement. Requirements A Bachelors Degree +5 years of experience is required or 6 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. The ideal candidate must have: 5+ years of experience with Python programming language for statistical analysis, machine learning, natural language processing, and software development 2+ years of experience designing and implementing data mapping processes 1+ year of experience with disability benefits questionnaire, XSD schema representations of disability benefits questionnaires, VA Schedule for Rating Disabilities regulatory criteria, and other artifacts associated with the adjudication of disability compensation claims Master's degree in mathematics or related field 1+ years experience working with natural language processing methods, machine learning and deep learning algorithms in relation to VHA clinical records and data Le'fant is a rapidly growing CVE Certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in management consulting for the federal government.
