Job Description
Metrics LLC is seeking a Technical Program Support Analyst to support our NIH client remotely. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of acquisition strategies, enhancing operational efficiencies, and providing administrative support for ongoing projects.
This role is vital to ensuring the efficiency and success of program operations by providing expert technical and analytical support. You will develop clear documentation, maintain critical data repositories, and create high-quality presentations and reports to support decision-making and program goals.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled in technical writing, process improvement, and leveraging tools like SharePoint and Excel to drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user stories, and other program documentation to support process standardization and transparency.
- Presentation and Reporting: Create and refine data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and visual clarity.
- SharePoint Management: Organize, update, and maintain SharePoint sites to ensure accessibility, structure, and efficiency in document management.
- Process Support: Research and implement process improvements, develop workflows, and identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Program Coordination: Collaborate with program leads to gather requirements, track progress, and support the development of actionable deliverables.
- Training and Tools: Conduct training sessions and create reference guides for team members on tools and workflows critical to program success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain professional-quality presentations for executive and stakeholder meetings, incorporating data visualization and narrative storytelling.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical writing and developing user stories or process documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quality-assure reports and documents.
- Proven ability to ensure the quality and accuracy of complex documents and reports.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of acquisitions processes is a plus.
