The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of various human resource programs and initiatives and serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities. The Senior Human Resources Analyst also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

Essential Functions:
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to hiring, offboarding, turnover and assigned functional areas.
Point-of-contact and resource for Human Resources Analysts and other Human Resources teams for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Provides production support, including researching and testing solutions provided by technical team.
Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Assists in maintaining data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

-2 years of HR Analyst experience
-Excel Proficient (Vlook-ups, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
-Associate or Bachelors Degree

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
