Job Description

Bright Flag Recruiting on behalf of HD Six Corporation is actively seeking motivated and dependable full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery Route Drivers in the Sanford, FL area. As a driver, you'll operate out of our Sanford terminal, handling primarily residential deliveries using company-provided step vans. No CDL required!

Terminal Location:
451 Monroe rd. Sanford, FL 32771

Pay Structure:

• Base Pay: $1.15 per stop after training
• Training Pay: $100 per day
• Average Stops: 120-140 per day (opportunities to earn more!)

Schedule:

• Full-Time Drivers: Schedules decided by the hiring manager; includes at least one weekend day
• Part-Time Drivers: Schedules also determined by the hiring manager
• Start Time: 8:30-9:00 AM until delivery completion (typically around 5:00 PM)

Job Information:

• We operate 7 days a week. Full-time schedules are typically 5 days per week.
• Routes dispatch no later than 8:30-9:00 AM and are completed once all packages are delivered.
• This is a physically demanding role, requiring frequent entry and exit of the truck.

Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass a drug test and DOT medical/physical exam (Employer reimbursement provided)
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Physically able to lift packages ranging from 1-50 lbs and move up to 150 lbs with a handcart
• Typical daily delivery count: 120-140 stops

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the FedEx terminal to pick up your vehicle and packages
• Load and unload packages from the truck
• Deliver packages to their destinations
• Scan and log packages accurately
