As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse
Load and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids, or trucks
Move goods to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment
Stack and store merchandise in appropriate locations
Ensure accurate inventory counts by performing cycle counts as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Inspect forklifts and other warehouse equipment daily and report any defects or issues
Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed, such as picking, packing, and shipping orders

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse environment
Valid certification to operate a forklift (if required by state or local regulations)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
Knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
