Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and hand trucks to load, unload, and transport materials.
Move raw materials, finished goods, and products to and from assigned warehouse areas.
Stack, organize, and store materials in designated locations to ensure efficient use of space.
Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance to ensure forklift safety and functionality.
Measure, weigh, and count products and materials to ensure they meet inventory and shipping requirements.
Utilize wrapping machines and strapping tools to prepare products for shipment.
Inspect goods for quality compliance, including checking for defects, accurate labeling, and adherence to customer specifications.
Record product and packaging information in inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking.
Follow work orders to determine shipping, packing, and storage requirements.
Perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Support inventory management through regular cycle counts and accurate data entry.
Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE, including gloves, safety shoes, and hearing protection.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure operational efficiency.
Attend annual training and obtain certifications related to HazMat and DOT compliance as required.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to lift
Basic math skills (weights, volumes, dimensions)
Experience with warehouse equipment (wrapping, strapping)
Strong safety commitment and PPE use

Qualifications:

Forklift experience
