Job Description Insight Global is seeking a candidate local to the Tampa area that will join a small team that provides access for all 3 affiliate companies. They will be responsible for resolving tickets (30-50 a day) in ServiceNow related to provisioning access to employees onboarding/ offboarding of employees. Ensuring accesses are removed in a timely manner as well as handling any incidents that arise.
