We are now hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative for our client in the Security Services industry. The position is remote but the candidate must live in either California, Nevada, Arizona or Hawaii. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs and offering the best security solutions that meet those needs. The types of security services sold will include but are not limited to: Physical Guard Protection, Loss Prevention, Lobby Security, Access Control, Event Security, and Mobile Patrol.

Details:

Location: Remote but must live in either California, Nevada, Arizona, or Hawaii. Candidates must be able to meet with prospects and clients in person when needed.

Salary: $68,640 - $80k + Generous Commissions and Stock Options for a rapidly growing publicly traded company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with our security solutions.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.

  • Negotiate Contracts: Work closely with clients to negotiate terms and close deals that are beneficial for both parties.

  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales with a proven track record, preferably in the security industry or any other related field.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and influence effectively.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

  • Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
