Precision Security Team is a veteran owned and operated company in the northern Colorado area. We service areas from Denver, CO to Cheyenne, WY. In operation since 2018, we have grown exponentially, being entrusted with many local government contracts, other critical sites, schools, patrol, events, etc. We pride ourselves with hiring veterans, previous law enforcement, and first responders. As an Unarmed Security Guard with Precision Security Team, you will assist with all security-related concerns and other requests as needed to ensure a safe environment for the public at your assigned site. Every Security Guard at Precision Security Team owns the client's experience and their bottom line. It is of the utmost importance to uphold Precision Security Team’s professional image to the client, the public, and law enforcement at all times. It is imperative that you practice and demonstrate Precision Security Team’s core values and code of conduct everyday.


This position would be working at two wedding venues in the Littleton area, and two venues in the Pine area. Shifts would be between 4-6 hours, mostly between the hours of 5:00 pm and 12:00 am, any day of the week. Please do not apply if this does work for your availability. Weddings worked in Littleton would be paid $21.50/hour, weddings worked in Pine would be $28.00/hour.


Our office is located in Fort Collins. Candidates must be willing to travel to Fort Collins for an interview and training.


Duties and Responsibilities: The following are duties you may perform at your site. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • interacting with clients, patrons, guests, partners, coworkers, and the public
  • maintaining situational awareness at all times
  • conducting foot patrols
  • denying access to unauthorized personnel
  • securing your site and preventing vandalism and theft
  • performing liquor control, preventing outside alcohol from coming in and inside alcohol from going out of the facility
  • monitoring alcohol use and and prevent patrons from over drinking and being overserved
  • assisting with emergencies and building evacuations
  • utilizing reporting systems and contacting appropriate parties for site situations
  • maintaining confidentiality of all activities within your site
  • utilizing verbal judo to de-escalate situations
  • utilizing minimal use of force unless the individual poses an imminent physical danger to themselves, someone else, or you
  • maintaining a professional and conservative demeanor at all times
  • following SOPs at assigned site
  • following, communicating, and enforcing local laws and regulations

Precision Security Team or the client can assign other duties to you as necessary at any time.

Pay: This position pays $21.50-$28.00/hour, depending on the site.


This is a W2 position. Employees working 30 or more hours a week are eligible for health benefits.


Colorado is an at-will employment state.
