We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative role in Portland, Maine. As a part of our team, your main function will be to ensure the smooth running of our customer service operations, with tasks ranging from addressing customer inquiries to coordinating logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries
• Organize and set up appointments for customers who reach out to us
• Employ creative problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues
• Collaborate effectively with a small team to enhance customer service
• Keep a record of customer interactions and transactions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required
• Coordinate and manage logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
• Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions.• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
• Proven ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently
• Experience in coordinating logistics, with a focus on timeliness and problem-solving
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High level of patience and emotional intelligence to deal with challenging customer situations.
