We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative position in Livermore, California. This role primarily revolves around the customer service function in the industry, where you will be working onsite.


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and incoming purchase orders.

• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately.

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and orders for on-time delivery, escalating any issues as necessary.

• Promptly respond to sales inquiries and manage customer expectations.

• Prepare and submit quotes to customers directly or as directed by sales.

• Acknowledge to the customer directly when their purchase order has been processed and communicate our commitment dates.

• Interface daily with other support departments, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Product Management.

• Manage returns, create and send out return documents to customers as needed, and ensure credit memos are sent to customers.

• Adhere to all documented sales operations processes and open corrective action cases for process improvement opportunities.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Proficiency in computer programs and CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability in data processing
• Familiarity with Epic Software
• Working knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Capability to handle billing functions
• Skills in claim administration
• Knowledge of Epicor software
• Proven ability to process returns
• Experience in inventory tracking
• Proficiency in order management
• Experience in managing customer shipments
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in email communications
• Ability to provide accurate price quotes
• Experience in providing quotes to customers
