• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and customers to ensure smooth operations and product movement.
• Open and manage customer accounts, ensuring all account information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle customer complaints by identifying the root cause, selecting the most effective solution, and following up to ensure the issue is resolved.
• Identify and create revenue opportunities as appropriate.
• Manage financial accounts by processing customer adjustments and maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze customer needs and provide potential logistics solutions to management.
• Prepare detailed reports on our products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.
