We are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the industry.


Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service.

• Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring optimal use of resources.

• Efficiently dispatch calls and determine where they fit within the schedule.

• Oversee the invoicing process once jobs are completed, ensuring accuracy in pricing.

• Perform grammar checks and other quality control measures on all communications.

• Liaise with insurance companies as needed.

• Use Salesforce/Service Titan for dispatching and invoicing tasks.

• Handle data entry tasks and order entry as required.

• Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Competence in handling email correspondence professionally
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry processes and systems
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently
