On Behalf of our client Robert Half has an`exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a team based in Elgin, Illinois. The primary function of this role is to deliver high-quality customer service, manage customer inquiries, and ensure operational efficiency. As part of the team, you will be instrumental in processing orders, coordinating with various teams, and performing administrative tasks to meet our organizational objectives.


Responsibilities:


• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and shipping timelines

• Coordinate with the warehouse staff for order processing and inventory management

• Perform data entry tasks to keep customer orders and other relevant information updated

• Provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction

• Send invoices to customers post order shipment and conduct billing for international invoices

• Provide backup support for team members as needed, managing tasks like order entries during their absence

• Maintain organized records through weekly filing tasks and ensure all information is up-to-date.

• Proficient in answering inbound calls, ensuring customer queries are resolved effectively.

• 3-5 years of experience minimum

• Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in information processing.

• Experienced in email correspondence, effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

• Able to handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of detail oriented and responsiveness.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately processed and tracked.

• Strong multitasking skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality of work.
