What you’ll do: The Client Services Administrator (CSA) is a member of a team of CSAs which, together, support a specific group of client relationships by ensuring all service levels are met on a daily basis.

Key functions of the CSA include but are not limited to:

  • Answer general client services hotline calls, respond to emails.
  • Responsible for sending internal reports to clients.
  • Assist with the Account Closing process and following up after plans have left.
  • Research and respond to client issues and inquiries related to password resets, SRC access, and various other areas of product knowledge and support.
  • Meet established service level standards.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively by balancing high productivity with excellent service quality.
  • Responsible for presenting a professional image in all communications.
  • Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues.
  • Assist Client Service Managers with projects as assigned Buyer Organization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of call center exp. in banking/financial industry

• De-escalation

• Excellent customer service skills

• Hi-volume call center experience in Financial Industry

• Passion for service with strong client-focus and the desire to help people

• Strong communication and relating skills with the ability to navigate and explain complex subjects such as IRS rules and regulations to client

• Ability to work a flexible shift in response to business demand

• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, adaptable mindset, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics

• Well-developed organizational, time management, prioritization, and analytical skills

• The ability and desire to work cooperatively with team members

• Ability to set challenging goals and focus on achieving or exceeding them

• Proven leadership skills and experience

• Demonstrated desire to lead as well as challenge yourself

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
