As a key member of our Charity team, you will play an essential role in helping our nonprofit clients reach their fundraising goals and expand their community impact. Your work will directly contribute to spreading awareness of their causes and building meaningful relationships within the community.

In this Customer Service Representative role, you will:

  • Represent our nonprofit clients by maintaining a deep understanding of their missions, outreach goals, and initiatives.
  • Drive community engagement by planning and executing presentations, events, and outreach activities that raise awareness and generate support for their causes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every potential donor, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
  • Cultivate new opportunities for community involvement and support within your assigned territory by hosting on-site events and interacting with local residents.
  • Create a welcoming and positive environment, ensuring every interaction fosters trust and enthusiasm for the cause.
  • Collaborate with your team, supporting fellow associates and sharing insights to help drive success.
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities to increase the impact of your assigned territory and help our clients thrive.
