What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with an upbeat, positive attitude to work in our dynamic and active Customer Service Department. You who will be responsible for receiving and processing all incoming Consumer calls as well as calls from Medical and Dental professionals in an efficient and professional manner in addition to performing all tasks assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
  • Answer all incoming consumer and professional calls regarding our products.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries, either by phone or e-mail, using the "24 Hour Rule".
  • Support healthcare and dental professionals, pharmacies and customers with new orders and repeating /tracking orders.
  • Developing detailed and in-depth knowledge of our product lines,
  • Use knowledge of product lines and company returns/refund policy to assist customers with questions or complaints.
  • Follow company protocol for escalation of any customer complaints.
  • Traveling to and staffing trade shows when assigned.
  • Processing leads generated at trade shows,
  • Assisting with post trade show marketing.
  • Serve as backup Front Desk staff and cover Front Desk during their breaks and lunch.
  • Self-starter, works with minimal supervision, keeps smiling!

What You’ll Need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a call center setting preferred, database entry experience a plus.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of MS Business Central a plus.
  • Command of the English language including effective written and oral communication skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work.
  • Excellent people skills and a great deal of patience, an upbeat attitude is a must.
  • Disciplined, energetic, and results oriented.
  • Experience using multi-line phone system helpful, but not required.
  • Cooperative team member.
