We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a detail oriented Accounting Specialist in the services industry located in Greenville, South Carolina. The workplace will be a dynamic environment where your responsibilities will cover various aspects of accounting functions, including processing accounts payable and receivable, managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, and supervising accounting clerks and entry level bookkeepers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Oversee the management of bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Supervise accounting clerks and entry level bookkeepers, ensuring the team's efficiency and accuracy
• Engage in the preparation of depreciation schedules and tracking of fixed assets
• Play a crucial role in performing month-end closings
• Prepare the trial balance and ensure its accuracy
• Utilize various accounting software systems, such as ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient work management
• Play a significant role in auditing and billing functions.• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is necessary for the role.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must.
• Experience with Ceridian is required for the position.
• Knowledge of Concur is crucial.
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.
• Ability to manage various Accounting Functions is expected.
