We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in High Point, North Carolina. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be expected to handle various financial tasks, contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the accounts department, and ensure accuracy and integrity in all accounting-related duties.


Responsibilities:


• Take charge of account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and promptly.

• Be responsible for the accurate and timely billing of services to clients.

• Engage in data entry tasks, transferring essential business data to our database accurately.

• Efficiently process invoices, ensuring that all details are correct before dispatching them to clients.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to record, track and analyze financial data.

• Operate Oracle software for various accounting tasks and to streamline financial processes.

• Use QuickBooks to manage company's financial transactions and payroll processing.

• Manage financial transactions and report generation using SAP.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP

• Experience in data entry and invoice processing

• Demonstrated skills in account reconciliation

• Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Experience in billing procedures

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
