We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Los Angeles, California. The position involves in-office work five days a week, functioning within the accounting sector.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Manage and update customer credit records regularly
• Handle return commission payments and undeliverable commission checks/mail
• Engage in daily printing of premium checks
• Responsible for Accounts Payable document filing
• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure financial accuracy
• Perform data entry tasks, including invoice processing
• Utilize financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks
• Manage billing processes and maintain Accounts Receivable records.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prior experience in Billing is essential
• Must have strong Data Entry skills
• Capable of efficient Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
• Experience with Oracle software is a plus
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is desirable
• Knowledge of SAP system is beneficial
